Modelled, trained, and tested an LSTM (Recurrent Neural Network) using 700k rows of cleaned historical food price data from 17 third-world countries, achieving 2% loss. The Bidirectional RNN's predictions aid in developing nutritious meals, stored on MongoDB.

Led development of an Ethereum-based Smart Contract solution written in Solidity, developed in Truffle, and tested in Ganache. The SHA-256-based immutable & decentralized integrity verification system provides a solution against Ontario's 160% increase in rental scams.
